Commission Terms & Conditions
Rights and Usage:
- I retain all rights to the commissioned artwork. Use of the artwork in any AI engines is strictly prohibited.
- I may showcase the artwork on my social media and include it in my portfolio unless otherwise requested.Fanart and Pricing:
- Fanart commissions featuring characters from games, series, etc., are welcome, provided they are appropriate.
- Prices listed are base prices and may vary depending on the complexity and additional details of the commission.Commission Guidelines:
- I reserve the right to decline commissions that exceed my skill level or fall under subjects I do not depict.
- Patience is appreciated as I dedicate significant time and effort to ensure high quality. Rush orders will incur additional fees, and commissions typically require up to three (3) months for completion.Artwork Sharing and Credit:
- You are welcome to repost and share the artwork with credit (@Kurkkiz).References and Payment:
- Visual references are essential for accurate representation. Non-visual references may incur additional fees or lead to declination.
- Payment is accepted via PayPal (international) and Gcash (local PHP), with full payment required as a deposit before work begins.Refunds and Cancellations:
- In rare cases where I cannot complete a commission, a partial refund may be issued based on the progress made (minimum 25% retained).
- Any aggressive or inappropriate behavior will result in commission cancellation, with a 50% retention of the total payment.Process and Finalization:
- Progress updates will be provided at sketch, flat color, and final check stages.
- Upon completion, I'll provide a final check for your approval. Three (3) minor revisions are included; additional revisions will incur a fee.Delivery:
- Final artwork will be delivered as full-resolution .png files and watermarked .jpegs for social media. No physical products will be shipped.Agreement:
